My doctor at this point said that even though numbers weren't very high, the doubling time was fast enough to hint to multiples. At 23DPO my HCG was 4411 (34 hours doubling).At 13dpo my hcg was 57 and 3 days later was 399 so not a massive rise-definitely didn't suspect twins from it. My Pregesterone numbers were 52.5 at cd22 and remained in high 60s in first weeks of pregnancy.
