I received two packages from verizon with the trade-in materials, 1 with 1 padded envelope and 1 UPS return label, and the other with the 2 padded envelopes and 2 UPS return labels. Unfortunately the latter ones got mixed up. I can assure you the return labels do not have an order number on them; I've quadrupled checked.
