I bought this 2007 car in 2008 after my NEW Impala was totalled when hit by a drunk driver. I started getting a knocking sound in the dashboard when the air conditioning was on. It was fixed(or so I was told). I am experiencing intermittant knocking under the dash that ocurrs when I start the vehicle, turn on the AC and switch the flow of air from recycled to direct. The knocking will last for about 45 seconds then goes away. The knocking continues when I trun off & on the fan or AC, turn on the heat ect.
