I then move and center the router over the project, and hit the zero button for both the x, and y axis. I will then place the probe I purchased from One Infinity and attempting to zero the z axis. This is when everything goes wrong.I have the X-50 woodworker and so far I’ve been really happy with it, machine is super solid. The linear ball bushings and ball screw setup is imo the best setup amongst the hobby machines. Ball screws offer better rigidity, load ratings, accuracy and repeatability vs belts. Choosing the base is probably the hardest part of the setup.
